Anastasia Litinetskaya mainly works with multimodal single-cell data. Her research deals with how to integrate multimodal data, assess the quality of the integrated data, and quantify the differences and similarities between the modalities. She also works on cell-state identification and patient representation learning from single-cell atlases.
