Chelsea Bright holds a MSc degree in mathematics in science and engineering. She is currently working on predictive modelling of complications in lung transplant patients using longitudinal single cell and spatial transcriptomics data. She is also one of the core developers of ArchMap.bio, a web-based platform for reference-based analysis of single-cell datasets.
