Julia Naas’s research focuses on the analysis of single-cell RNA sequencing data, microscopy image analysis, and the development of computational and mathematical models to address associated challenges. During her PhD she developed computational methodology for reconstructing transcriptomic landscapes based on phylogenetic approaches.
