Michaela Mueller holds a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics and is working on scalable atlasing, constructing a PBMC atlas for the HCA consortium while developing a scalable, reproducible pipeline suite for atlas building. She is also working on developing new metrics for evaluating the preservation of biological variance during single cell data integration.
